Before the program, she felt she needed more structured strategies to analyze situations effectively and design innovative solutions. Today, Ms. Kaur applies these strategies to tackle professional challenges with greater clarity and adaptability. She also aims to inspire her students and colleagues to approach problems with a more innovative mindset. “The program didn’t just teach me skills—it empowered me to think differently,” she shares.
