Bhavisha Panchal

Student, Computer Engineering, Surat

“The program gave me deep, practical insights you don’t always get in college,” says Bhavisha, now working as an AI Agent Development Intern at Hex Wireless.

The daughter of parents who run home tuition classes, Bhavisha was a self-driven student. During her engineering degree, she developed an interest in data science and machine learning, exploring through personal projects while adapting to the shift to online learning. Before the program, Bhavisha was seeking structured, industry-relevant experience beyond her college curriculum. The advanced training provided her with in-depth knowledge of Python, machine learning, deep learning, and SAP ABAP, while hands-on projects like building a virtual assistant solidified her skills.

Mentorship from instructors with corporate experience offered her practical insights and confidence. This preparation helped her secure a six-month internship where she works on integrating AI voice agents into CRM products.

Today, Bhavisha earns a monthly stipend of ₹15,000, lives independently, and is building a stable career in technology. She aims to one day develop AI solutions to support mental health issues. “The mentors had real corporate experience, and the projects were relevant—it was exactly what I needed to launch my career.”
