ACT: The launchpad to a Tech Career
The Academy for Careers in Technology (ACT) is a initiative designed to empower 12th-pass students from diverse educational backgrounds to build fulfilling futures in the rapidly evolving IT sector. This 15-month program provides a direct launchpad into a technology career, bypassing the need for traditional, longer-degree routes. ACT offers a robust, industry-aligned curriculum that blends 12 months of intensive classroom training with a 3-month, project-based internship.
The ACT Experience
The program provides a comprehensive journey of personal and professional growth. Students are immersed in a dynamic learning environment that emphasizes practical skills over theoretical knowledge. The curriculum covers in-demand areas of technology, from programming fundamentals to full-stack development, guided by experienced instructors. The program focuses on holistic development, as well, developing professional etiquette, problem-solving abilities, and confidence. This journey is supported by a financial aid model, allowing students to focus fully on their learning. The journey culminates in an internship, enabling students to apply their skills in a professional environment.
